Self-Nurturing Meditation

For those moments when the inner critic is running wild, when we feel we can't reach out to the people in our lives, we need to rely on ourselves to be our own best friend. We want to learn how to nurture ourselves. This is a key aspect of healing the heart chakra, of finding contentment and peace, and one that we often find so hard! Nurturing ourselves is so necessary but it is often the hardest thing to do. In this meditation I offer two techniques that will assist you in finding your inner nurturer to calm those not-so-helpful thought patterns that show up when we are experiencing difficult times.
