How to Help Your Child Get Over the Past

Has your child ever gotten stuck in the past? Maybe they're still upset about something you did. Or they can't seem to let go of a past event or embarrassment. Whatever it is, you know they'd be better off by processing it and letting it go—but they won't. In this episode, Carol and Anne share tips to help children process the past.
