How I Avoid Burnout From Work and Motherhood

I've been getting asked a lot lately, which is how to avoid burnout working from home and being a mom. And I think I'm getting this question a lot because over the last two years we've been through a lot, right? We've had a pandemic. If you're a mom, probably your kids were home a lot longer than you expected them to be. And so it was just very unexpected and there was a lot of burnout and I am not going to lie and say, I didn't get burnt out. From doing a lot of mom, things from doing homeschool, from running a business, trying to do it all.
