This is a plague that has the world in its grip, and it is much more devastating for vulnerable communities in some of the poorer parts of the world. Orphans, widows, refugees, pupils and teachers need our help to survive. There is no food, income, hygiene essentials. The camps they live in are overcrowded and access to medical care is extremely limited. We have a responsibility to do something about it.
