Matt Moore's book, "Butcher on the Block" (William Morrow) cuts close to the heart. His grandfather, Abraham Samuel Dennis, owned Dennis Food Store in Valdosta, Georgia, where Matt recalls Abe's butchering skills and family dishes. Matt shares stories and expert tips from local butchers in the U.S. and France. A Nashville resident.
