Daphne Oz is an Emmy-Award Winning television host, food writer, and chef. She was one of five co-hosts on the ABC daytime talk show The Chew for the show's first six seasons- 2011 to 2017 and is currently a co-host of the syndicated talk/cooking show The Good Dish.Growing up in a family of surgeons, Daphne Oz understood the importance of healthy eating. She is author of several bestselling books on healthy cooking including “Eat Your Heart Out” with 150 gluten-free and sugar-free recipes.
