Azienda Agricola Cavalchina in Italy's Veneto has played an historic role in establishing an identity for Custoza white wines and, more recently since 2016, for Garda DOC sparkling wines. Luciano Piona Cavalchina discusses the region and its wines as well as the history of his family's estate which dates to the early 1900s and is located between Verona and Lake Garda.
