My name is Jade Skillen. 12 years ago when my Professional football career was cut short, I was told I would never run again let alone compete in high level sport. I hit rock bottom. I made my mission to re-invent and re-define my health and get myself back to competitive sport.Balancing Business and Full Time training can be a hard process and one that I am only just mastering. I have dedicated the last decade to becoming the Best Hybrid Athlete I can be, competing professionally in OCR and more recently flying into the scene of Hyrox putting down the fastest British Female Pro Time to date. The part of me that many may not know, is the part that has embarked on life-changing inward journey over the last few years. A journey of self rediscovery. “Coming back home”I have not only been to the depths of studying Kinesiology and Athlete Biomechanics / Sports Conditioning but also Health Optimisation. From working with over 1000 Athletes over the last decade, it has inspired me launch my own space where I can educate others to become the best version of themselves.I hope you enjoy! Please remember to subscribe, comment and give it some love! Jade
