The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 09/01/23. A non-white social worker wrote an extensive report about her Racist work environment. We'll discuss strategies for minimizing conflict, unwanted touching and/comments, and allegations of being an "angry negro." We'll also review the report of black females and darker complexion ladies not being re-hired at a North Carolina Hooters restaurant. Those with less melanin were allegedly given preferential treatment for scheduling and re-hired at a higher rate than their darker co-workers. And we'll discuss how White employees are using AI to minimize the number of non-white employees needed. In fact, some non-white workers allege AI programs blocked them from being hired. A number of non-white listeners shared about being given ambiguous or unclear work assignments that are difficult (if not impossible) to complete in a competent manner. We discuss this as a deliberate act of White Supremacy to sabotage non-white workers. This even happens to non-white students in the classroom.
