The years' long deficit of air traffic controllers is already being blamed for potential holiday log jams for "christmas" fliers. And just this week NPR detailed how the lack of special education teachers makes the job more dangerous for students and staff. The peanuts/low wages offered for this grueling work also makes this job vulnerable to high turnover and shortages. Again, with White Genetic Annihilation and the aging White population, the staffing problems will not improve any time soon. We also revisit black people being accused of workplace theft.
