The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 02/20/25. Today's broadcast was moved to Thursday to allow the Katherine Massey Book Club to resume its original position on Friday evening. We use this Thursday evening to see if any listeners thought of suggestions for "Young Academic," who last week disclosed his mental health struggles after facing years of Racist obstacles en route to becoming a black male educator. Listeners encouraged him to find affordable non-white therapists in his area who can help him develop strategies to heal and process the Racist abuse. We'll also see if non-white workers have been effected by President Trump's attacks on so called DEI and the streamlining of federal employment.
