EP 65: Our interview with Arshak Gasparyan, President of the Social Justice NGO and lead developer of Armenian Probation Services.

This week's very special guest joins us 6,000 miles away from the nation of Armenia! Arshak Gaparyan is a consultant, trainer, and visionary. He is currently working with the Council of Europe to further develop Armenian Probation Services and mental health care in Armenian prisons.  Arshak Gasparyan is the President of the Social Justice NGO, who's mission is to implement projects aimed at restoring social justice within society. We discuss everything from the Risk-Need-Responsivity model, to the struggles of securing stakeholder buy in, to the age old dilemma of balancing control and support in the role of the probation officer.
