Mo has an amazing background in the restaurant industry that goes back to his early teen years when he took a job to help support his family when his father fell ill. From those early morning subway rides in New York to his start at Taco Bell and ascension to multi-unit leadership, to a VP of Ops role just a few years later, and then onto Chipotle and beyond, Mo exemplifies GRIT, HUSTLE, INTENTIONALITY, and DETERMINATION.A proven developer of people, Mo shares his leadership journey and how that intertwines with his love for his family, to produce some incredible results, personally and professionally.
