Start Each Day With MVP: Meditation, Visualization and Prayer

For 45 minutes, while laying in bed on your back (so you don’t fall asleep) perform what I call in my mentoring methodology MVP: Meditation, Visualization and Prayer. For the meditation aspect, you can concentrate on your breathing or work with the sensations in your body, releasing any blockages of fear or resentment.
