We sit down with PRINCE Engineer David "Z" Rivkin at Sunset Sound Recorders in Hollywood, CA. No engineer worked longer with Prince than David "Z". He tracked the artist's first recording's with his band Grand Central in Minneapolis in the mid 70's all the way up to having an office at paisley park in the 90's. David discusses being instrumental in getting Prince's initial demos tracked and also being there for the initial signing to Warner Brothers Records.
