Doctor Who Classics | The Tenth Planet – October 8th, 1966 | AfterBuzz TV AfterShow

AFTERBUZZ TV -- Doctor Who edition, is a weekly "after show" for fans of BBC's Doctor Who series. In this episode host Zach Wilson, Katie Cullen, Megan Salinas, and Tauri Miller discuss The Tenth Planet - October 8th, 1966. The Tenth Planet is the partly missing second serial of the fourth season in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, which was first broadcast in four weekly parts from 8 to 29 October 1966. It was William Hartnell's last regular appearance as the First Doctor, and the first story to feature the Cybermen. Patrick Troughton also makes his first, uncredited appearance as the Second Doctor. Only three of the four episodes are held in the BBC archives; one remains missing although the regeneration sequence and various other scenes have been discovered intact. It is the fourth now-incomplete Doctor Who serial to be released with a full-length animated reconstruction of its missing episode.
