Binge eaters often resort to dieting as a way to lose weight or to control their eating. But dieting is also often a precursor to binge eating. In other words, dieting can trigger the onset of bingeing and dieting can be the go-to once the bingeing has started. The result? A vicious cycle of dieting, bingeing, and more dieting. In Episode 5, you’ll find out why simply eating enough food may be all you need to stop bingeing. And, of course, we’re going to tackle your greatest fear about tossing the diets—gaining weight.
