120. Figuring out the reason for the good nights versus the bad nights

In today's episode, I’m diving into how to figure out why some nights you can have great nights, then the next night is crap!  In the parenting space, I would say that 99% of ‘bad nights’ are blamed on teething. Teething has become the default for why babies or toddlers aren’t eating, aren’t sleeping and why they’re grizzly throughout the day.  While teething can play a part in this, our babe is far more complicated than teeth always being the bother, and without knowing the other things you need to consider, all these *bad* nights that you think are teething pain could be easily resolved if you know what to ask yourself!  If you’d like a shortcut to understanding the link between your babe’s feeding, sleep, health and development, then this is what I teach you inside my Happy Baby Code Membership.
