Using the five second rule to help you with your emetophobia

Today on the podcast, it’s a pretty short one. I just go over the new technique I learned called a five second rule. This basically helps you countdown from five and then change your mindset or do something you didn’t want to do. It has helped me tremendously in my life over the last couple of weeks and it’s helped and millions of other people in the road to success and to help them with their anxiety and other mental health problems.
