On October 31st, 2024, the case came to a shocking end for the lead defendant, Jeffery Williams, AKA Young Thug. Young Thug’s attorney, Brian Steel, made it clear he wasn’t happy with his clients' choice to plea open to the court without a plea deal secured after negotiations with prosecutors broke down. It became apparent in the hearing that Young Thug wanted to get out of custody and was willing to sign up for an extensive probationary period to accomplish an immediate release from custody.Plus, last week, we learned that the Grand Jury investigating Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is ongoing and hearing from witnesses. Diddy’s lawyers are pissed that one of those recent grand jury witnesses is speaking to the media and is allegedly ‘shopping’ a video of Diddy before that testimony. The court asked for an immediate response from the defense, and we may soon see a hearing on a Gag Order in the federal prosecution. This podcast uses the following third-party services for analysis: Spotify Ad Analytics - https://www.spotify.com/us/legal/ad-analytics-privacy-policy/Podscribe - https://podscribe.com/privacy
