S3 E2: Bringing your career site to life with Ashleigh Joyce, Employer Brand Manager at Calendly

In today’s episode, we are chatting with Ashleigh Joyce, employer brand manager at Calendly. Ashleigh is passionate about crafting stories about the people and culture at Calendly that are authentic and exciting to job-seekers and ultimately drives them to pursue a future there. Outside of work, Ashleigh is married to a Britt who she calls her roommate, a lover of fermented grapes and bourbon, a foodie who also enjoys exercise, a gremlin-wrangler to her two children, a psych major-turned-recruiter-turned-talent brander, and a non-traditional introvert who suffers from imposter syndrome. Ashleigh and I discussed the importance of building a career site that houses the stories you want to tell about your company and how enhancing career sites has become a bucket list item for more and more organizations. Creating a humanizing career site is something Ashleigh has a lot of experience with at Calendly so join us as she breaks down how she approached this project, how long it took, what challenges she faced, what she’s most proud of, and so much more!Ashleigh’s LinkedIn can be found here.
