TELP#003: Prof. Dr. Leigh Hancher, Tilburg University, Professor of European Law

In today's episode, I am thrilled to have Prof. Dr. Leigh Hancher, Professor of European Law at Tilburg University, together with her dog Kicky as my guest. We are going to talk about energy law as an area of law, long term contracts, contracts for difference, sustainability, and competition in energy markets. Energy law can be defined very narrowly, only focusing on energy sector specific regulations. It can also be defined rather broad, referring to all laws in their application on energy markets. It’s a field of law that is constantly evolving. With that, let's segue into our exploration of energy law.
