In today's episode, I have the opportunity to talk to Prof. Dr. Torsten Körber, the Director of the Institute for Energy Law and the holder of the chair for Civil Law, Competition Law, Regulatory Law, and Law of the Digital Economy of the University of Cologne. We are going to talk about an important part of the energy transition: the heat transition which is crucial for mitigating climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the heating sector. In this context, we are also going to touch on the available technologies for the transition and the relationship between law and economics.
