Podcasting on YouTube: The Hows, Whys, and Huhs?!

I've been waiting over a year for this: you can now import an existing RSS feed as a podcast to YouTube! This means that YouTube is essentially available as a podcast directory and anyone with an existing audio-only podcast can take advantage of everything it has to offer.But of course as the monkey paw curls, it's not perfect.
