EP2 - Bill Bailey

When Bill Bailey pounced on me backstage a couple of months ago at a charity event for Great Ormond Street Hospital, telling me about his experiments with percussion instruments, I felt I had to get him on my podcast to find out more about him! I think he might have only stayed to chat to me because there was a promise of food and his tummy was rumbling so much, but I found out lots about how he prepares for his shows, his hilarious theory on how music developed and what the first drummers sounded like! This episode still has me chuckling – thank you Bill! Get bonus content on Patreon Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
