Building A Wellness Empire with Lindywell's Robin Long

In this episode I sat down with Robin Long, Founder & CEO of Lindywell, to explore her entrepreneurial journey and the evolution of Lindywell, a pioneering fitness and wellness company. Robin shares insights into her transition from teaching in-person Pilates to launching digital workouts and cultivating a thriving online community, with over 227K followers on Instagram. The Lindywell app now offers 300+ on-demand Pilates workout videos, and is available in 169+ countries. It has been awarded "Best Pilates App" by Women's Health and is a Health Fitness Award "App and Virtual Fitness" award winner. Robin has now also released her first book Well To The Core. We dive into the full story of how she built this company from the ground up, what it looks like today, and what it's been like to grow her family alongside it all.   HIGHLIGHTS Introduction to Lindywell: Lindywell, founded by Robin Long, offers digital Pilates and wellness programs aimed at empowering women through accessible health solutions. Founding Story and Early Challenges: Robin Long started Lindywell with in-person Pilates instruction and later transitioned to digital platforms, initially navigating the challenges of running the business solo and building a platform with no tech experience. Community and Member Feedback: Lindywell's growth is fueled by actively listening to member feedback, focusing on inclusivity, and providing personalized health solutions. Business Expansion and Personal Journey: Robin has expanded Lindywell from its beginnings to now employing a team of full-time staff and contractors, all while balancing her role as a parent to four children. The Toll of Burnout: Robin found out why it's so important to be aware of our own wellness and make it a priority before we reach burnout, which she struggled with even as a wellness brand owner.   RESOURCES + LINKS Get 14 FREE days on the Lindywell app  Get 5 FREE workouts now  Order Robin's Well To The Core Book Order Lindywell Products Listen to the Lindywell Podcast   FOLLOW ROBIN Website - lindywell.com IG - instagram.com/wearelindywell  IG - instagram.com/robinmarielong Blog - lindywell.com/blog   FOLLOW US @quotablemediaco @quotablemagazine If you have any other tips or ideas leave a comment or shoot me a DM on Instagram.     Quotable: A Female Entrepreneur Podcast is the podcast by and for female entrepreneurs and business owners.
