Elisa Schmitz is an award-winning entrepreneur and professional journalist. She’s the Latina founder and CEO of 30Seconds.com, an inspiring digital media platform that makes the world a happier, healthier, and more delicious place — 30 seconds at a time. After the sale, Elisa worked for Disney as director and executive editor of the Disney Interactive Media Group. In her upcoming book, Become the Fire: Transform Life's Chaos into Business and Personal Success, Elisa uses her own story of entrepreneurial success - as well as interviews with ten other diverse and highly successful leaders - to present ten actionable lessons for putting your personal power to work, with unstoppable results. Listen in to hear more about Elisa’s journey that led to Become the Fire.   In this episode, you will learn:   Why it’s important to harness your fire How to take what you have and turn it into success  How to find the courage to overcome the fears holding you back from going after your dreams    Connect with me: I would love to hear how this helped you!
