Episode 41: Meredith Farley on Creating and Building a Dream Team for Your Business

I am excited to welcome Meredith Farley to the podcast. She is the Chief Operating Officer at Brafton which is a creative marketing agency that is headquartered in Boston. This interview is a little different because Meredith is not actually the founder but she has moved up into an important role; and has been instrumental in growing the company from a small one to the larger one that it is today. I am so excited to have her on to discuss her experience with building out a team, which is something that is always so helpful to hear other peoples' experience with. She has so much knowledge about hiring and managing people and all the behind the scenes of building something bigger than it was before and I think we can all learn something about this. In this episode, you will hear: -Meredith’s story and how she got started -Her tips for creating a team -How she goes through the interview process from reading resumes to interview and hiring -How to keep your business culture when adding new team members Thanks so much for listening!
