This episode of The Five Count featured an exclusive interview with musician Dave Mason. Dave is best known as a former member of the band Traffic. He’s also played with Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, and is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. During the show he discussed how he wound up working on so many classic albums, his memories of working on the film Skatetown U.S.A., and his new band Dave Mason & The Quarantines. Their new version of Dave’s song Feelin’ Alright is available now!

During the rest of the show we discussed our thoughts on bands starting to play shows again without social-distancing, Ton told a story about battling almond-stealing mice at an Airbnb, and then he opened a belated birthday gift. It was a copy of Predator 2 on LaserDisc!
