Christmas as a Footballer: The Games, The Cold and The Parties

It’s Christmas (almost) so Kyle, Browny and Chris have got their paper hats on and are talking about what the festive season is like for Premier League players: how much are they really allowed to eat on Christmas Day? Which manager was a bit of a Scrooge? And what gift do you buy for a footballer?

Browny reveals what used to go on at Christmas parties in his playing days and recalls some of the fancy dress outfits he wore, while Kyle explains why the days of footballers going out in the centre of town have become impossible. They also chat about snoods, Browny’s sleigh and the Christmas legend who lives at the end of Kyle’s road.

Om Podcasten

Kyle Walker returns with season 2 of his podcast but much has changed: a new club, a new league and a new country.

Join Kyle and his good mate, former Man City, Tottenham and Sheff Utd midfielder Michael Brown, as he takes us through life at one of the world's most historic and glamorous clubs: AC Milan.

He reveals the challenges as he adapts to La Dolce Vita in Italy, while continuing to discuss what it's like taking on some of the world's top players and teams at the very highest level. Can he help Milan return to the Champions League? How different is Serie A to the Premier League and will he learn to speak Italian?

Kyle will continue to give his thoughts on the latest football news from England and be joined by some of his good mates from his time in the game. This season, Kyle and Browny are also doing some special Q&A episodes. If you've ever wanted to ask an elite player a question about the game, about a footballer's life or what it's really like to come up against Messi, M'Bappe, Vinicius Jr and the rest, email KyleWalker@bbc.co.uk.
