In the first 100 days of the new 119th Congress, the Republicans led majority in the both the House and the Senate have only passed a handful of bills to be signed by President Trump. While the Trump Cabinet was confirmed at lightspeed and the framework for a budget bill is approved, most policy changes have been done by executive order. What has this Congress accomplished in it's first four months and who is facing the most pressure to get more done? FOX’s Tonya J.
