Bombshell New Filing In Karen Read Trial

Just one week after Judge Beverly Cannone declared a mistrial, Karen Read's defense team filed a motion to dismiss two of the charges filed against her. Claiming to have received "unsolicited communications" from three of the twelve jurors in the trial, Read's lawyers stated the jury reached a unanimous "agreement" to acquit her of the charges of second-degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident. FOX 25 Reporter Ted Daniel discusses the groundbreaking new filing and shares how it will impact the heated Boston trial moving forward.
