#77 - Keith Rodney | PSIA Telemark Demo Team Member
Keith Rodney grew up on the east coast of the United States. He started skiing towards the end of high school but was immediately hooked and knew he'd found one his passions in life. His love of both skiing and also building led him to a technical college in Vermont where he could focus on both while getting an education. It wasn't long until he migrated out west to the rocky mountains of Colorado. It was there that he was first introduced to Telemark skiing which would become his preferred method of snow travel. Rodney was recently named to the US National Telemark Demo Team along with teammate Jim Shaw. The teams travel to deliver on-snow snow sports instructor training and guide the development of educational curriculum for the national association, such as new technical and teaching manuals, magazine articles, video content, and more and more webinars and online content. On top of all of his responsibilities with his new assignment with the team, Rodney is also the acting V.P. for the United States Telemark Ski Association (USTSA).
