Reciprocation is a powerful principle of influence, where giving value to others creates a sense of indebtedness. Commitment is important in building trust and loyalty, and consistent communication helps reinforce commitment. Social proof, such as testimonials and reviews, increases trust and credibility. Authority and likability play a role in influencing others, and public speaking can enhance authority. Creating a sense of scarcity and unity can increase the perceived value and desirability of a product or service.
