In this episode, I'm going to talk about something that was killing me and I didn't even know it - comparison. It will make you super unhappy and social media is nothing but comparison. It escalates the problem to a whole new level. The biggest thing that was making me unhappy was my comparison of others and it was all coming from social media. Here I will share how I changed that.
