Wanna know how to FIX your RUNNING FORM? I have some surprising advice: you probably don't need to! What, what? "But, Pahla," you might be thinking, "you fixed YOUR running form!" I sure did, in an effort to stop getting injured so much, but a funny thing happened: I still got injured until I did SOMETHING ELSE.
