Today I tell you all about my rock bottoms, my very own flop eras, and how I pulled myself out of them. After every flop era comes a glow up - your glow up is calling! My rock bottom saw a lot of self hatred, toxic inner dialogue and shattered self worth. Working on all of that negativity brought me to a place of self love and glowing from the inside.
