#64: Q&A - Erasmus+ Partnerships for Cooperation

I am very proud to present to you all a new episode concept in this podcast: The Grant Q&A. The concept is as simple as it is hopefully informative: 1.       A guest has some questions in relation to EU funding 2.       Another guest is a capacity and can reply those questions Through this concept other beneficiaries throughout Europe approaching the same funding scheme can get enlightened on issues that they have already stumbled into or will eventually stumble into. I will slowly add episodes to The Grant Q&A as I move on. There are no limitations to the questions so please reach out if you would like to be involved. In this episode we will have a look at the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership calls. Stelios Procopiou, co-founder and Director in the company Chrysalis LEAP, is developing trainings for start-up companies and he wants to get some support from Erasmus+ to develop his trainings. But he has some questions before throwing himself at this. Christina Achilleos, owner and founder of the grants consultancy company InnoEUsphere, is an Erasmus+ expert with 45 successful Erasmus+ proposals under her belt. She is the right one for Stelios to ask those questions he has! Please enjoy as we dig into components of the proposal, evaluation criteria, how to keep the proposal on track and so on. Lots and lots of great guidance content for anyone sitting right now and preparing a proposal for this Septembers call round in Erasmus. Time codes for the seven questions: 00:26:20 What are the specific components that need to be included in an Erasmus+ project proposal? 00:33:36 How does the evaluation process work for Erasmus+ project proposals? 00:41:43 What are some best practices for developing a successful Erasmus+ project proposal? 00:50:45 What are some common challenges that trainers face during the implementation phase of an Erasmus+ project? 01:01:50 How can you ensure that your project stays on track and meets its goals and objectives? 01:06:23 How can you address any unexpected issues or roadblocks that arise during the implementation phase? 01:12:19 What are some effective strategies for monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of an Erasmus+ project

Om Podcasten

Getting EU funding for your research project idea is great, but the process from project idea to submission of the full proposal is rough and tough. 20.000 proposals are submitted every year and every single one of these preparations goes through many challenges. Most of these challenges have the same overall characteristics, that can be minimized or eliminated by being aware of them already when starting the proposal process. This podcast is for proposals preparers looking for tips, tricks, advice or just an audible pad on the shoulder to deal with the unavoidable tough work
