03. How to support a partner in their grief

In this episode of The Grief Coach host @brookeLjames brings on the show's first guest, Hannah, to talk about how to support a partner through a loss. Hannah's now-husband lost his father suddenly six months before they got married. We discuss how to balance two different styles of grieving, how they chose to honor his memory at their wedding, and if it's ever possible to experience uninterrupted happiness again after a monumental loss. You can find The Grief Coach on Instagram at @the_griefcoach and send any feedback or ideas for future episodes to hello@thegriefcoach.co Please note there is a minor audio issue in the last minute and a half. I thought that Hannah's advice was great which is why I didn't cut it.
