Do you ever just stop and take stock of where you are and how far you have come? Do you take time on a consistent basis to reflect and assess what you have done, what you have achieved and moreso, sometimes, what you haven’t done or failed to achieve? Work out your averages, start seeing these as next years minimum attainments? How are you going to make the 1% incremental changes to keep pushing you forwards? How do you function – what motivates, stimulates, drives you forward – has this changed or does it need to change? Make sure, whatever and however you do this, that’s its an honest appraisal – don’t be too soft on yourself!
