They discuss John’s soon to be released second solo album “Terminal Velocity” and the freshly released title track. Topics include the background to the writing, recording and production process, crafting guitar tones, reuniting with Mike Portnoy, and how everything was accomplished during the pandemic. We also get John’s take on the practise themes of late, and how his practise, development and maintenance has changed over the years since the Rock Discipline instructional.
