Dr. Richa on how to quit smoking

In the light of Anti-Tobacco day, Dr. Richa and Ashdin discuss the ill-effects of smoking cigarettes, vape and hookah. Continuing from the previous part of this episode, in this episode they discuss how we can abstain from smoking.Dr. Richa shares a few steps we can take to help our loved ones quit smoking. First, is to get to know their willingness to quit, what zone they are in - pre-contemplation, contemplation, if they want to act on it, or are they planning on it already. Next, is to make them aware about the adverse effects of smoking - not just how it physically affects your body but also economically. Then get an appointment with a professional and keep up with the follow-up appointments.
