How to deal with the toxicity of social media? (Harshita)

Second, to deal with the feeling of jealousy looking at other people's lives, is to pause, take a step back and just appreciate the fact that someone could do it and just reiterate to yourself that 'I haven't done it yet, but I will soon.'
