Ravi Shroff and Dr. Gautam Das share habits to improve Gut Health and Microbiome

Further, they explain the changes in the mood that one can feel in regard to their gut health so much so that Dr. Gautam observed that while focusing on his gut health, he actually had clarity in his mind more than ever.
