Restructuring Beliefs, Thoughts, & Emotions ft. Sneha Shah & Shashank Gupta

In continuation of the previous episode about psychosomatic disorders and the mind-body connection, Shashank & Sneha speak to Ashdin about becoming aware of your emotions and that emotions are nothing but energy in Motion triggered by various thoughts stemming out of beliefs that are a result of conditioning. This step is followed by acknowledging that it is okay to feel them. Then comes the processing part which includes various stress release measures which differ from individual to individual, and finally releasing them and letting go. They also talk about affirmations and how one must choose thoughts that enable and not disable.
