A couple months ago I created some pretty big goals for myself. This podcast was one of them. When I started to work on projects, I found myself scatterbrained and unfocused. I knew if I was going to reach these new goals I had to start doing some new things. I needed to create some new mindset and productivity habits. So I started morning journalling.
