But then she realised that she wasn’t quite ready to stop and so she retrained as a life coach and now runs The Wellbeing Wisdom Club, a highly successful coaching programme helping women discover tips and techniques to transform themselves and to enjoy their life. Her clinical and life experience combined with her coaching expertise make her the perfect person to advise us on how to make a positive start to this new year.Tracy shares her wisdom with us and explains how simple steps can make a huge difference to your health and wellbeing.
