My guest today is Anine Ekelund, and she is a certified life coach, workshop and retreat facilitator with her Masters in holistic health education with twenty + years of experience working as a coach. She is passionate about connecting people with their authentic self and innate gifts. She has developed a proven life purpose and health program: Dare to Be Real, to boost people's self-esteem and confidence helping them to accept and love who they are and help them design a fulfilling life in accordance with their true self in alignment with their potential. Anine has a background as a management consultant and has facilitated leadership training programs worldwide and in fortune 500 companies. She has founded and led several support networks, conducted speaking engagements, and facilitated workshop series since 2006. Anine coaches and facilitates in English, Swedish andNorwegian.
