Once we realize that we are the biggest obstacles that stand in our way to living a fulfilling, joyful, and anchored life, the only next step must be the integration of stillness into our lives, because stillness will always be the gateway to overcoming ourselves and our deeply ingrained programs. When we find stillness, we find expanded awareness, and thus more space in our lives to make different choices. We create from ease, effortlessness, and trust. We get out of the way and allow miracles to take place. Deeply we feel unworthy of stepping into our power, so we do everything possible to distract ourselves from taking the steps that lead us into the embodiment. It takes courage, trust, and a collective to overcome the old patterns leading us nowhere. In this podcast, we talk about how we self-sabotage ourselves and what we can begin to do to reprogram that part of us so that we can allow in all that we truly desire. How do we stop blocking ourselves? We create space for something new to come in, and to create space requires stillness. Consistent stillness.
