On this week’s episode, we were lucky enough to chat to cycling legend and commonwealth games silver medalist Charline Jones (nee Joiner)! Matched with stories of Charline’s incredible achievements within the world of competitive sport, she also opened up about her lower moments, such as her cycling accident just months out of the Glasgow commonwealth games and the mental health struggles that come with the sport of cycling.
